B105313 - GSM antenna Open Circuit

Hi everyone. I was wondering if anyone else had ever experienced a "B105313 - GSM antenna Open circuit Intermittent" fault on their A3/S3 before?

I am running a PFL with tech pack and larger MMI screen and wondered where I might look to resolve. I assume a connector has come loose, or a cable has been damaged or suffered water ingress.

Before I start exploring, I thought it might be worth seeing if anyone had experienced a similar fault?

Radio seems 'okay' - It has never been particularly great since I had a tracker and dashcam installed 2-3 years ago. The fault has showed up on a scan for first time only recently, so I am not convinced that they are related.

It's not unusual for a dashcam install to effect the radio reception. GSM is a standard for mobile phones so it will refer to the data connection the car has or the signal booster if you have the Audi phonebox . The GSM antenna are located in the rear corners of the bumper I believe.

Thank you for this jrumball - I now have a starting point on where to look at. Whether it/they are accessible from underneath the car or whether it is a bumper off job I guess I will find out this weekend. Thank you again for your reply.
