Hi guys, I need to purchase a cheap set of roof bars for my B8 Avant.
can anyone point me in the direction or if anyone has a set spare that their willing to sell

You an beet the factory ones, they fit better, secure better and are aerodynamic. They coast more but are the best. I have had them on the last 3 VW/Audi's.

Funny you should say that Zafi, my parants in law have a boat moored at ripon motor boat club (we live In Newcastle) so if I cant find a cheap set before October I might take u up on that offer. thanks for offering, you r a gent

No probs. I am away most of August so it would have to be Sept when we sort it.

A6 rather than A4 for the OHs car but big thumbs up for the Thule bars and mounting kits. Not the cheapest of the aftermarket options but plenty of different options to choose from depending on budget.
