Is this for if you want to watch it open from afar? If I want to be in there I'm in arm's reach of the release button anyway. I could see a powered closer may be of some use for anyone who can't reach when the hatch is fully up, but an opener?

Lol ... no I’ve not moved to the dark side just yet. I can’t say I’ve lost interest in cars but nothing is interesting me atm.

I think I’ve come to the conclusion I may keep my current car another year or even two, which I’m quite happy to do tbh.

Like you, I’ve got a car which ticks all the boxes so a lot less itchy to change. Focussing a bit more on holidays and the like
