I’ve found myself hitting the button as I leave the house so it’s ready by the time I get down the drive and to the car...!

None of which helps you. If it’s any consolation the wife’s q7 boot takes even longer as it is bigger and heavier...!

Mine is fine, though my old A3 Saloon used to pop but not open. Had the struts replaced under warranty and that sorted it.

Like many things these days it is normal for them to take longer to erect during colder weather.......

At least it gives your windscreen time to demist whilst you are rummaging in the boot...
