Audi TTS grill upgrade and fog light upgrade

Hi guys, my bro has a TTS it's a 2008 model , he wants to know if the grill and fog lights will fit out of a 2012 TTS ? He said somat about them having chrome strips or somat ? Also will it need coding for the fog lights ? Thanks for any advice

Yes if he doesn't have fogs, they will need coding to enable.

cheers NHN , he has fogs at the moment in the 2008 car , if he bought the new fogs from a 2012 model do I just code the number from long coding from the 2008 fogs into the new fogs?
