Audi specialists central Scotland

Hi Guys,

well got the 8l s3 on tuesday but want to stick it into a Audi specialist to get it the once over and serviced, sure I need new brakes disks and pads all round. Just looking for recommendations of where to take it, I was going to jus t take it to Audi but thought I would ask here first.

Also I have rust and bubbling on my front wings and the roof rails issue but the car doesn't have the anti corrosion warranty seems the last owner didn't get this sorted under the said warranty. Would like to get this sorted, funny I sold my last car Tao free up cash for a house move. Had the car 2 days and already want to get it back to pristine condition. It's is going to be expensive eigh?

Bedrock Vdubs in motherwell would be the best place to take your s3. They specialise in all things VAG and know the 1.8T better than most. John will help you no end and he can sort your bodywork out as well.

I second A for Audi. All ex mainstream qualified Audi techs that know their cars. Had to use them on several occassions and great customer service and reliability.

tried phoning bedrock there about fitting a computer trip.

guy dosent seem to know much about it... said will be a difficult task as the easy jobs are the most difficult.

told me to hunt a scrapyard and see what a can find.

think ill be going somewhere that will know a bit more about it

Bedrock Veedubs are a joke - I took my golf there for work and they butchered an ABS wheel sensor when doing work on my suspension. I asked them to check the camshaft and followers for wear and they did the same thing to the cam position sensor. Fcucking cowboys.

To add insult to injury John tried to get me to pay for the parts. Needless to say I was not impressed with the service or his attitude.

I have always had great service at Star Performance in Kirckaldy and they have never let me down in the 15+ years I've been going there. They may be over 50 miles away from me, but it's worth it.
