Morning I am looking at purchasing so A5 Rotor Wheels they are 19 x 9 et33. My wheels now are 19 x 8.5 et43 so these would sit 10mm further out which is the standard spacer most people use. does anyone know if these would rub running 255 35 19 tyres on standard suspension ??

Standard S-Line suspension. 255/35. No rubbing yet. Ill expect rubbing when i lower so will maybe go 235/35 then. My originals were also 19×8.5 ET43.

Due to being 1/2 inch wider you’ll be 16.4mm closer to the arch but because you’ll have the slightest bit of stretch to your tyres a 255/35 does seem to work. Some 255’s are wider than others though so be careful which you go for!

cheers I shouldn't think I will have a issue if you can run 15mm spacers all round and I don't think ill be lowering the car will prob do other handing mods like subframe inserts sways etc

I got some dynamik wheels they fit fine and give the car a strong look

Any polite suggestions for upgrading the Allroad fitment of ET26? Now there's a challenge :whistle2:

Depends on your budget! with the allroad wider arches you have quite a bit you can play with. With a large budget you could get some 10j fancy dished split rims from the likes of advent garde wheels or custom rotiforms who'll make wheels to whatever spec you ask for.

Thanks for the input. Yes, money no object, and let's face it, decent roads, 20 x 10j split rims and all sorts would be great. My question was more along the lines of either stock rims, or after market that would bolt straight on and perhaps only require a 10/12mm spacer at worse? Rotors did spring to mind but I'm not sure if ET29, or ET33 would look right?
