Hi guys i have decided to change oil on my RS3 after 2000 miles . What oil u suggest or what oil u get at dealers.
They offerd me ORIGINAL oil 5W-40.
I have red in manual that Audi suggest CASTROL EDGE Profesional LL3

Any help will be good.

TNX

LL3 is slightly thinner and therefore suitable for cooler climes, 5W-40 slightly thicker and better for warmer places ... I'd follow Audi.

A quick question.....are audi dealerships rated so it allows customers to compare which garage is the best for repairs/servicing?

Hi

My car needs a top up. Where’s the best place to buy at the moment?

Also, this thread started over two years ago- is Castrol still the one to go for or is there something better now?

I’m on Castrol Edge. Was on Millers Nanodrive but didn’t notice any difference.

Opie oils are good.

As I’m sure are Crewe Audi sponsors of this very site.

I contacted Opie oils to ask about 5 litres of Castrol and this is their reply:

Thank you for the message in, unfortunately the Long life III fluid is designed for the dealership rather than the public, you will find this is why it's only available in the 1 Litres for top up's etc.

That can't be right can it?
