Now I've seen Ara blue I wouldn't want it. I think it's too bright.

I like the black pack against the blue and is a good contrast. I'm still happy skipping either pack though on my Daytona grey, which IMHO works with the standard grille and the rear valance is black anyway as standard :)
 
That Ara blue with black pack looks stunning. And that's coming from an Ara blue sceptic.

Was that at Coulsdon today? As Ive ordered my RS3 from them and so will call and see if can take for a test drive
 
I also did a video of the sports exhaust and normal exhaust. The sales woman was revving very gingerly. So you can probably hear more of me saying "rev it more..." but will link to them.

I have a test drive in saloon tomorrow
 
I took the RS3 Saloon at Coulsdon for a Test Drive today - before you ask, they agreed as Ive bought an RS3 from them and awaiting delivery (my car on ship today for transport). This car is bl**dy fast !! So much fun to drive. Love the VC - brilliant technology!

That test drive is only going to make your wait even more painful :)

What did the Ara blue with titanium wheels look like in the flesh?

I'll have to go for a drive next week myself.

Having seen the titanium wheels on the RS3 Saloon just now I think I'm going to have to change my wheels too. It's already gone from £750 to £770 with the sports exhaust. Another £600 for the wheels will take it to £780/90ish?

They looked OK but made car look ordinary - thats why I'm getting mine painted gloss black.
 
The Ara Blue was a bright colour and think if you painted the wheels gloss black would look good and only cost about £300-400

I saw Ara on the Sportback at Couldson
 
Out the back another new RS3 Sportback in Nardo and black pack (so same colour and comb as I've ordered except mine is Saloon). It's also dirty but here are the photos.

Reading Audi has a loaded saloon in mythos black and near poverty spec sportback in cat red. Saloon looked great but I didn't like the stealth black look as all black. Didn't like the cat red colour on the sportback as too Orange. I originally was going for cat red but so glad I didn't. Ara blue is a billion times nicer. Saw a nardo black pack ttrs with awesome wheels
 
This is almost the same as I've ordered. It has the black blades and the red callipers and looks amazing to me!

Debadged as well. Being silver it will look even more 'normal' until you spring form the lights... cool.
