Q3 Audi Q3 MMI .. help needed. Can these be fixed?

My partner has an 2015 Audi Q3. The MMI unit has failed (won’t turn on at all). On the dash it says ‘infotainment is initialising’

I have tried removing it and powering off and on.
Tried the hard reset… nothing.
When I took it out I found a coin inside so probs was one of the children.

Can these be fixed and if so by whom?

Part number is 8u1035192a
I’ve had a look online (eBay etc) but none with the specific part.

Also if I bought a different part MMI would this fit?
