Just looking for some parts guidance

If I was to fit an Audi Nav Plus head unit to my A3, what parts (part numbers if possible?) would I need for everything to work correctly, including the steering wheel speech button etc and Bluetooth / hands free and anything else it has?

Or would I be best off fitting an aftermarket head unit? If so, any recommendations on a unit that looks as OEM as possible?

Cheers.

Buying all the parts you would need for an Audi system adds up to a big bill, I reckon at least £800 + for used parts and you won’t have any warranty.
There are a few recommended alternatives, have a look at similar threads on this A3 forum.
Easiest to fit and looks OE is what I have, Dynavin N6 A3 bought mine from the authorised importer through EBay.

It is about £560 but no extra leads to buy. Just remove your Audi Head Unit and plug it up. Only cable you have to run is the microphone lead and position it where you want. There is a new version out, and it’s a lot better Dynavin N7 http://www.dynavin.com/products/n7_a3.php
And Both compatable with standard sub woofer and Bose Sub.
