Audi Multitronic Gearbox Acting Odd

Hi there,


I've got an issue! Time after time my car is acting kind of strange.
The problem is that the car doesn’t run below 1400 rpm's while I'm driving and keep the gearbox in wrong gear (too low).
And when I turn off the ignition, usually the ventilator starts to work (~15min), although the motor temperature is nearly 90 degrees and outside temperature is below -5C. So I guess it's impossible to overheat the engine + it wasn't pedal to the metal time.

Any ideas would be gratefully received.
