Can some one explain what the situation is with the support an Audi franchise is supposed to give, for cars that were bought from other Audi franchises?
Specifically, I have an Audi dealer a few miles from my house, and a different dealer (from a completely different network) a few miles from my work. However they are 90 miles apart. I bought the car from the dealer near work. Am I be able to use the dealer near my house and get support from them, such as asking questions relating to why something is the way it is, how controls should work, etc. Is this something I can do because they are both franchised Audi dealers, or, do I have to go to the dealer I bought the car from?
I ask because, I'm no longer going to be working at that office, so I'm not going to have access to that dealer any more. I can use the phone of course, but sometimes it is easier to turn up with the car and say "this is the issue...".
