Seems good, they will will make money by charging the third party more for repairs and hire cars etc which doesn't bother me as long as ym car is sorted.

It's worth knowing that in any situation when you are classed as non-fault you can nominate the garage that does the repairs and don't have to go with the insurance company. Also you'd be entitled to a like for like car so with an a3 8v it would be a 3 series, c-class etc.

1 (or 2) series BMW
A class Mercedes
Ford Focus
Vauxhall Astra

But it's not necessarily roses, a member on this forum had a bad experience with Audi Ensurance, although in the end it was Sytner Drive that was holding things up.....
