Audi Connect Key

Hey

Is anyone able to use Audi Connect Key in the MyAudi app on your phone? (or know what it actually does?)

When i click on it, it says device not compatible... even when NFC is on and have a lockscreen present. Phone is OnePlus 8 Pro.

Anyone able to get passed this compatibility check with their phones? (and able to list their phone model?)

Sorry for the rebuff, but I prefer to take advantage of an open thread without a response.

The same thing happens to me, I have a Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE with NFC and an active screen lock. But it tells me that it is incompatible with Audi Connect Key. I have seen the list of devices approved by Audi and although it is not on the list, it should work, since it is very similar to others on the list.

What I can do? Is it an issue with my car, that I don't have that function, or is it because of the cell phone?
