hi there new to the audi sport forums, recently bought an audi a3. straight away wanted to put amp and sub in as i have with all my cars. Attached an aux wire to the audi concert radio and also the phono leads using two separate adapters. After days of configuring of why the remote wire wont get the amp to power, i finally did it. But as i wired everything up, the audi concert stereo went into safe mode. this is not the original concert stereo, i picked it from the scrapyard a week ago after blowing my own stereo. There were two codes on the top of the stereo but none work. I have left key in ignition and had the stereo reset but it still asks for a code. Is there anyway for me to get the code without going to audi dealers who charge a ridiculous amount for a code? please helps! thanks

I can ask my audi guys to get it, should be cheaper than £70, would need the radio AU long number on the side/rear, PM me & I'll ask for price.
