Audi a6 C7 - 2 different types of audi drive select

Hello guys, i've noticed that there are 2 different types of audi drive select, what is the difference between the two. See attachment.

The one on the left looks to come from an A1 or A3 and this a totally different platform and thus technology than the one on the right which looks to be from the A6. You get more options on the A6 version

This one is from an A6.

So can i switch between the two?

No. There are two different displays depending on whether you have the RMC or 3G+ version of MMI. The one you posted first relates to cars with the 3G+ version of MMI, hence the SIM icon in bottom right of the screen. The later post is for cars with the RMC system. Functionality is the same, it is just the screen that is different. Functionality only really changes if you have the air suspension
