Hey there, saw many interesting posts here and im just curious.
I have Audi A6 with 3.0TDi ASB engine, quattro, with 6-speed tiptronic 6HP19A
I want to increase power, to be just nice daily car with enough power to speed up shortly on highway sometimes.
My actual tune is around 305BHP on stock components. Using 2.6 bar (1.6+atm) of max boost and around 78mg of IQ. Only added thing is original RS6 performance exhaust welded right after DPF (which is empty and turned off)
I want to reach at least 350/400BHP where i will be completely satisfied. BUT my questions are :
1. what is a best way to reach this power? hybrid turbocharger, different intercoolers? what types? anything else?
2. how about tiptronic? is there any reasonable mod (to torque converter or gearbox itself) that can be done to it to withstand this power? (even now with 305BHP and 600Nm of torque, it starts to shake really badly on lower revs with small-middle load). Maybe is there a way to fit some better one? for example from RS6 C6 ??
3. how about other components (differential, cardan... anything else? ) that can wear off due to increased power?
3. with the upcoming mod, is there any chance i could return back DPF ?? restrictions of my country begins to be really, really bad... for example when having this tune, and fitting water mist injection etc..
any help, guide or hint really appreciated!
