Audi A6 2008 3.0TDi ASB mod/upgrade/power increase??

Hey there, saw many interesting posts here and im just curious.

I have Audi A6 with 3.0TDi ASB engine, quattro, with 6-speed tiptronic 6HP19A

I want to increase power, to be just nice daily car with enough power to speed up shortly on highway sometimes.

My actual tune is around 305BHP on stock components. Using 2.6 bar (1.6+atm) of max boost and around 78mg of IQ. Only added thing is original RS6 performance exhaust welded right after DPF (which is empty and turned off)

I want to reach at least 350/400BHP where i will be completely satisfied. BUT my questions are :

1. what is a best way to reach this power? hybrid turbocharger, different intercoolers? what types? anything else?
2. how about tiptronic? is there any reasonable mod (to torque converter or gearbox itself) that can be done to it to withstand this power? (even now with 305BHP and 600Nm of torque, it starts to shake really badly on lower revs with small-middle load). Maybe is there a way to fit some better one? for example from RS6 C6 ??
3. how about other components (differential, cardan... anything else? ) that can wear off due to increased power?
3. with the upcoming mod, is there any chance i could return back DPF ?? restrictions of my country begins to be really, really bad... for example when having this tune, and fitting water mist injection etc..

any help, guide or hint really appreciated!

Yes, this lamer turbo upgrade sounds interesting for me... But how about my stock tiptronic and stock torque converter?? isnt this the first thing that will go to hell when i make this turbo modification??

Hi Castiello , I'm going through the same dilemma A8 3.0tdi ASB past a remap on the asb theres not a lot out there, I'm going for a venom turbo for the asb 330-350hp output, im not sure if the injectors will take it to that? does anyone know if you can upgrade the injectors? Or know the asb injector limits?

Does anyone know what the asb 1600bar injector limits would be? According to data on darkside developments on their injector upgrades for the early CR 3.0tdi engines, stock cp3 pump and stock injectors would be able to fuel upto 360hp im hoping this is the case?

The early engines used a 6hp19 which is not so great at handling high torque, but should take maybe 750nm okish

You right to worry about the injectors on these they leak as stock nevermind with increased rail pressure. I wouldnt want to risk more than 2000bar on these.

I couldn't believe 6hp19 was rated to 400nm, my car a8 3.0tdi asb produced 450nm stock, seems like audi had underspeced most gearboxes to their cars taking to people on the a8 forum. 700-750nm thats around the max torque figure I'm hoping for to attain around 330-350hp from the venom turbo upgrade with stock injectors, hopefully they will get me there, what do you reckon?
