Hi,I'm just wondering if anyone can help I have a audi a4 2009 and I have a fault on the rear drivers door I cannot open it from the inside or the outside the child lock is on so that's the reason it wont open from the inside but I have no clue to why it wont open from the outsidewhen unlocking it's making all the right noises so I'm presuming something has snapped on the handle side of things as there does not seem to be any resistance on the handle like it's doing nothing,my main concern is I cant even take the door card off to look.
