Sorry. Just 1 more thing. I've noticed that the clamps on the boost pipes are causing holes in the small ears that it hooks on to. Regards

my A4 2LTDI kept doing this, kept failing to boost/accelerate around the same RPM and gear - car also became very jerky - this was due to a split in the pipe running from the intercooler to the turbo - picked up a replacement from euro's for £85 but you can get it a lot cheaper on ebay - I just wanted a quick replacement - and it was damn easy to replace ! But before I discovered it was the pipe - I done EJR and cleaned out the manifold - easy job and might be worthwhile doing whilst your at it
