Audi A4 B8 - Xnenon Self Adjustment

Hi everyone,

I have a A4 B8 2009 with 87000 on the clock. Driving back from Manchester the other night, I noticed that the headlights were pointing down towards the road (maybe showing 10ft of the road ahead).

When I got home, I checked to see if they were self levelling on start up, but they aren’t. They are just coming on. Not doing the wee dance party up and down thing they used to do...

Can anyone point me in the right direction on what to look for to try rectifying the problem?

Need to check the levelling arms.on each axle & if not broken, do a diagnostic calibration ideally in an MOT bay.

I’ve found the rear one and it looks fine, but can’t find the one in the front wheel arch... possible that there is only one or is there defo two?

Can see where a front one is meant to go, but there definitely isn’t one and I haven’t removed it. Guess the A4 B8 only has 1 on rear passenger

Same as the other side. Got the hole but no sensor to be seen

How odd, perhaps a missing sensor then!
