And the only guy to ever get goodwill from Audi on a new gearbox...cost £12.5k, for you sir as a journalist just £4.5k...although he's toasted that again by the sounds of it

Quite a famous car in terms of You Tube appearances and various internet posts
Pity it's still not mapped but looks like in the hands of journalists the gearbox has issues handling the power.

What a wreck. No doubt mine will be in a similar state by that age...noticed second big stone chip this evening, grrrr. Cute picture of his dog through the passenger window though.

That car is identical to mine. Except mine's on the original box with no signs of trouble at 80k (Just because you read about failed DSG doesn't mean they all do!), the bodywork's in good nick and I've added Hill Hold Assist.

Love the advert and if you're willing to rip it apart it'd make a great value for car who's got friends in high places AKA a bodyshop
