Audi a4 2.0 brd turbo upgrade help

Right I have a 2007 Audi a4 b7 with a 2.0 tdi brd engine fitted with a bv43 turbo. Has anyone done a turbo upgrde with this car which is plug and play?

My turbo has side to side play and shaft play left to right so as I'm replacing it is there any straightforward plug and play units as I am changing it anyway

I fitted a recondition turbo in the end. it would of been nice to fit a upgraded one as I personally think my old car had a lot more power. Audi A4 FWD BRE 140 with EGR delete and a remap. the A4 Quattro BRD just feels slow and does not pull no where near as hard as the BRE. maybe because it just does not wheel spin at all as all the power is thrown to the back wheels instead of FWD where it just spins up the front wheels in 1st 2nd and 3rd

As far as I know you could have got a hybrid turbo, other than that I wouldn't know.
