Audi A3 radio issue

hi

I have an Audi A3 2.0 sportback tdi diesel on a 13 plate.

The radio is messing around a fair bit, we can get in to the car and have sound, and then the next time we get in we have no sound. The pop up screen works fine. And can scroll through all settings/radio stations but no sound.

Any ideas where to start looking? Any help would be great

Pop-up screen? Can you post a photo - do you have the 8V (the newer model A3)?

I suggest posting in A3 8V subforum or contacting a moderator (@Sandra) to move the thread over there.

Something similar happens to me every few months (car is only 1 year old) where it doesn't want to play music from either source but apart from that MMI works fine. A few restarts of the MMI usually sort it out.
