Am new to this so forgive me if I do anything wrong. I have a 2013 Audi A3 8v and the car was not specked with footwell light. I would have thought this would be standard as it’s such a basic feature however here we are.
I want to retrofit the lights and in the first instance I thought would it be possible to wire off the dome light seen as the light turns on and off when opening the door so seemed pretty obvious that would work. I opened the dome light only to be greeted with 3 maybe 4 connectors.
I don’t know much about wiring and what colour is what? Could anyone help identify which connector is which and what colour wire I need to tap off to run the wire down to foot wells?
Is there a better easier way? Below is the pictures I took so any insight would be greatly appreciated
