I keep getting a warning light come up now and then on the dash say centre brake light, when when the warning comes up and u push the pedal down the light still works, any suggestions? Thanks.

I’d try cleaning the electrical connection by jiggling and spraying with electrical contact cleaner. The warning light will detect a change in resistance but you may still be getting enough current to light the LEDs.
cannot guarantee this will work but it is a start.
