Removed from My Audi A3 8p as I have just sold it, only 5 months old also comes with the reverse camera which is brand new never fitted also from the same company (Audio Tech Direct)

Hi......what year A3 was it fitted to? ( mine is 2009)

Did you have full use of steering wheel controls? Any issues with rear speakers?

Would it be a case of simply swapping over my Audi Concert unit - presumably all the wiring I would need is with the unit?

It was fitted to my 2010 A3
No issues with rear speakers and Volume control worked via steering wheel
I unplugged the Concert Unit and plugged this straight in to the Connector (one of the main reasons I bought this one)

Thanks DOB. Is it only the volume control that works or can you also answer phone calls using the steering wheel? Which model is the unit?

Sorry for all the questions....Im not particularly car audio smart and want a pain free swap over!

TBH I didn’t the drive the car that much because it was my wife’s, but I don’t remember trying to answer a call with the steering wheel I pressed the screen but, for some strange reason I don’t remember trying the steering wheel, but I was like you and wanted something that could just plug and play I’m pretty sure you could answer calls via the controls on the steering wheel if you tried, that was another reason I bought this model as it was compatible with no messing about.

I’ve just checked where I bought it from and in description all controls on the steering wheel : volume, call answer and mute are compatible
