Just in France on way back after a 600km drive and when stopping the car won't settle at idle on the revs. It basically bounces and sounds like its about to cut out. It has cut out a couple of times but when moving seems ok. I have another 300km to do in France then a Dover to Liverpool drive in the evening. Worried that I seem to be able to drive, but is this going to further damage my engine? Also, what could the likely issues be?
