Hi All,

I have an 2006 Audi A3 2.0TFSI, and the last few days when the car is warm the idle goes a bit lumpy and sometime is will rev higher them 1000rpm.

I've had a look into it and posts have narrowed it down to the cam cover breather. I just wanted other opinions before I go and get the bits to fix it.

Codes are as below:-

Ok thanks I will do this, forgot to add I tried to take the oil cap off when it was running lumpy and it didn't want to comes off, is this an indication of anything?

May be your PCV valve pal! Really easy to change and I would say it's a great place to start

Edit: is this what you meant about the cam cover breather? Pretty certain it will be

Yes indeed that is what I meant pcv/can cover breather.

Thanks, where the best place to get one from and do ecp do them?

Also would anyone know what one I need? It's a 8pa 2.0 tfsi

There's two types as shown here
