AUDI A3 2.0 TDI 170 SE 2007 8P remote not re syncing

Hi everyone OK my issue is key fobs x2 don't open doors remotely I've tried pretty much everything,battery's are new red lights flash on fob you can open door with key then put key in ognition and turn to position 1 then unlock doors with button on door card I've put key in ignition and other in door and done all that still nothing I've also been to independent audi specialist and plugged in to vcds the car recognises it has 2 remotes and even flashes indicators to say it has excepted code but again it will not open doors.. Any ideas please help it's driving me mad thanks in advance..
