AUDI A3 2.0 fsi RADIATOR FANS RUNNING CONTANTLY ON COLD START

Hi guys

Just need clarity or advice don't know if this is normal or not, 2 days ago my Audi A3 2006 auto radiator fans started ruuning constantly as soon as i start the engine. It does even take a minute and the fans both of the run on a high speed i could even hear them inside the car they only stop when i switch off the car. What could be the problem? The cars temperature doesnt even go up even in the morning in cold weathers as soon as the engine is turned on the fans starts kicking on a high speed.

Probably a new set of fans as the fans have a module in them that breaks down

No I got the car diagnosed and apparently it was an open connection to the fans got an electrician to solder the wires and they stopped now they are functioning according to the switch
