Audi A3 1.6tdi coolant change

Afternoon all,

While I'm messing around with my car thought I'd do a coolant change.

Would somebody be able to tell me and easy way to do it. Surely I don't need to remove the plastic cover undertray?

Ppl have said remove bottom rad pipe, how to I get to that? Does the rad have a drain plug?
