Right...

I cannot find the power steering fluid reservoir location on my 2009 A3 (102hp).
Where and how do I check the power steering fluid level??

Sounds like a stupid question but I honestly have no idea. I have looked everywhere an am still clueless.

Any help is greatly appreciated/

Hi Zippy there is no fluid it’s an electronic steering rack buddy

Awesome, I'm glad I got a clear answer.

Next issue is this then.... The steering is starting to make a light whining/whuring/grinding sound when turning.
What could be the cause of this?

You’re welcome man I’m always happy to help. As for your noise if you have a video you could upload that would help but grinding noises etc for me tend to point to the top mount bearing (between the coils spring and the top of the strut or wheel bearing depending if it’s while driving or not. Obviously don’t put yourself in danger trying to get a vid but if you can get someone else sat recording while you drive I might be able to help abit more
