Audi A1 oil pressure warning light

I recently bought an Audi A1 2018 TDI.
Should the engine oil pressure warning light come on when i turn on the ignition.

Generally there's an initial test routine on startup yes, post a video to show us what's going on.

Unable to send video but the drivers manual says that it doesn't come on when the ignition is turned on.

Pull the hood and check if show up on your dashboard that hood stay open, if no you need fix it
