Audi A1 egr question

Hi all hope some one can help:

I have a 2011 Audi A1 Competition line 1.6 tdi (105)

I’m looking to turn my egr down via VCDS.

The issue I have is Measure blocks is grayed out after I input the Security code via the engine module also the security adaptation is not possible

After a long search I found out the my engine module uses the USD Protocol so Measure blocks is grayed out and security adaptation is not possible -

So my question is is there away to turn the egr own /off without flashing the ecu ?
