AUDI A1 2011 - How can I get DAB?

My car doesn’t have DAB. Is it possible to get this added and how much would it cost?

Unless there is a certain station not on FM you want, otherwise i'd not bother as the broadcast bit rate is poor compared to FM and a lot of stations don't even transmit is stereo, mono only. FM is far better quality.
