Hi all, I have an issue when putting the vehicle in reverse or manually toggling on the parking aid.
I get a continuous warning tone for a few seconds and the LED for the parking aid flashes at regular intervals. The parking aid proximity graphic also doesn't show up on the MMI.
Tried basic diagnosis on the front 4 and rear 4 sensors. They all made a ticking/clicking noise when the parking aid was engaged. I assume this means that the sensors themselves arent faulty.
Would water being ingested into sensors be a cause for this? Or could it be a software issue? Thanks.
