It will get sorted, got it back from the supplying garage and now got the senior at the garage attached to the bodyshop I work at looking it over ! But on a plus point I’m planning this years annual trip in it Calais , Luxembourg , Munich , sankt am pettersbourg ( Austrian alps) lake Garda , Innsbruck , stuttgardt , Calais ! 14 days in total but only 4.5 half driving them ! About 24 hours in total driving Taking in some fast autobahn, sone very scenic trans alps routes and a little bit of the crazy italians ! Really can’t wait!

This could be moved to the project forum if you want The Calipers were all rusty and brown , now normaly I go for red but bmw don’t do red calipers, silver , blue or gold Blue and gold tend to be kept for the performance abs Brembo ones ,so I’ve gone for my own take on them just to be a bit different

Well six months in and the car is going well ! miss the power of the a4 but the BMW is booked for a remap at the end of the month still doing a few things to it, today I used some tinting film on the LED number plate bulbs and the rear reflectors as they are just a little too bright for me ! Also have her a good clean and polish using chemical guys shampoo Dodo juice pro purple haze wax

Today’s job wrap and clean the v bars behind the grills ! The support bars soon go manky and the paint starts to flake , a lot of people wrap them in lairy colours like always I prefer the subtle approach so have wrapped them in cameloen purple to green to black flip !
On a forced break from work for at least three weeks I’ve had time to get the clean on wheels off and detailed / waxed inside and out Arch liners cleaned and back to blacked Inner arches cleaned and polish applied used Autoglym super resin Poorboys wheel wax Autoglym aerosol show shine Autoglym car shampoo Lots of elbow grease I know it will be dirty again as soon as I drive it but for the next three weeks I won’t be going far
Lots of changes to the car since I got it, more about making it unique than anything else indicators in mirror tinted Front fogs tinted Rear reflectors tinted Reverse light section of rear lights tinted Exhaust trim changed Interior dash panels recovered as the silver parts gave off glare in the sun ohh and a small remap taking it to 260bhp from a 2 litre petrol
Decided I didn’t like the silver dash trims as they reflected on the screen so I’ve retrimmed it all in alcantara
