Assistance needed identifying part

Hi All,

The small triangular panel on the end of my rear spoiler is broken and I'm trying to find a replacement. Trouble is, I'm not entirely sure what is the correct name/part number. I have circled it in the pic - does anyone know the answer?

You don’t state what year your car is so I just looked at the 3 door A1 of 2015 to see if I could find it.
It looks like it could be an S-line with a rear spoiler like that , is this it?
