Phoned round a few scrappies today - managed to luck out and find one with an A4 with an armrest available.
It was a bit worse for wear, mouldy inside and the leather was stained but a bit of a shampoo, leather cleaner and a once over with some balm and it came up OK:

Couple of issues:

Latch is broken. From reading old threads it seems the best idea is just to get some velcro or magnets to hold it - are these generally not good for repairing?
Also my hole trimming was a bit off:

You can't really see it when it's down, but I know it's there. Any ideas on how to cover it up? Wee bead of silicone or something?
