Armourfend for the RS6

Has anyone felt the need to install Armourfend (paint protection film) on an Audi RS6 before - I am taking delivery of a 4 month old Plus next week.

My current car is a Subaru STI which I fitted Armourfend to and have had very good results (a previous Subaru I had needed a respray at the front after a year).

I had an Audi S3 when they first came out and the paint was first class but after a disagreement with a crash barrier the resprayed front end chipped if you looked at it the wrong way.

I've had my RS6 for 6 months now and no chips (touch wood!) A very different case from the Imprezza I had in 99. I reckon the Jap rocket's bodywork was made from recycled KitKat wrappers.

Well your RS6+ should be fine so long as you don't have a disagreement with a crash barrier!!

Make sure to post some pics when you get it.

Got my plus done. First one was peppered beyond belief, so wasn't doing it agina so had the full kit except the lights done

Wouldn't have a new car without it now
