Arm rest up/down button thread... Can't find it

Hi,

Sure I have seen a thread recently about buying the arm rest button individually (rather than whole arm rest) and how to fit it but can't find it again The picture below is the button I need to replace if possible.

Or at least finding out how to disassemble so I can figure out why the button is occasionally sticking in.

If it's just sticking in try squirting some furniture polish in the gaps of the mechanism and working the button to get it in, should clean it a bit and also the silicone in the polish will lube it without having to strip the whole thing.

Be carful not to spray polish over your leather or it will be really slippy

Thanks will give it a go. Btw is that ebay link the top cover button? It's the lower one I need?
