Arm rest stuck HELP

Hi guys,
The arm rest in my a3 went up, but won't come back down. Has anyone experienced this before? If so, how did you rectify it.

Its a common problem there is threads about how to fix it on here use search :icon_thumright:

the lever sometimes get stuck when you push them in to lift it up try popping it out with a flathead screwdriver

The push button is operational, just feels like its not connecting
