I have been running AP coilover's since August i'm going back to Eibach shock and spring setup (new). I have played with the AP's and still not happy with the stance of the car. Could someone post up some pic's if you are running shock and spring combo. cheers.

Ive done exactly the same mate will get some pictures up for you tomorrow. The ride is alot better but i have to admit i wish it sat a little lower only a fraction mind, but that's the beauty of coilovers i suppose.

Derrr sorry my mistake mine is an a3 thou lol:keule:

Dan still put a pic i'm alway's f..king about with them to get the right hight, the back alway's looks higher.

Will do mate :) Which springs jou running ie height reduction

It's a shame you're going back to lowered springs. I've had no such issues with my KW V1's. In fact they ride better than the S-Line (quattro GmbH) suspension.

It's important to know you will always be able to lower the front more than the back simply because of the length of the struts vs the platforms on the rear springs. Set the rear first and adjust the fronts to match.

If you go to KW's website you can download their instructions which give the MAX and MIN distances between wheel arch and hub centre. Important if you don't want to destroy the suspension geometry!!

Dubstar have already been there. I have even spoke to KW (they make the AP's)

Hmm ,
I will be getting set of coileys soon and was looking at weitec because it's made by KW and because I had springs in focus before. But if AP's are made as well I might have a go with them.

Maybe KW UK import them? I still don't see any link with KW.de :uhm:

AP & KW Are the same company. the AP's are well made and adjustment is easy.
I have used a nice heavy wax on them for protection, as i have never had coilover's before i was pleased with how easy they are to adjust... Slepy when mine are removed feel free to make me an offer..
