AP coilovers adjuster seized

Hi chaps
Quick question please on the adjuster for the AP coilovers.
My mate has a b5 S4 with AP coilovers and he's trying to raise the front a bit but the adjusters are seized. Any ideas please on how to free them up.

Plenty of penetrating fluid and also try warming up the nuts a bit?
