Have you spoken to your local dealer, very easy to do and about 5 min work
I have got VAG-COM but miles away, sorry that prob isn't what you wanted to hear!

Speak to the dealer, try a Saturday morning drop in..might get it for free!

Fontain at Iver will do this for you, & will probably charge less than a dealer.

Had a quote as follows:

Fontain = £39 incl.
Camberley audi = £24 Incl.

For once the dealers are cheaper!

Wow! I wonder if Fontain are in danger of taking themselves too seriously.

Can you post the instructions?

I have a friend with a VAG but not sure what the code is for the change.

Cheers!

To activate the locking:-

Vag-com 35 central locking
check and clear fault memory
07 coding
Add 32 on to the code and then save
i.e 1234 = 1266

06 exit control unit

Test drive and see

Always remember the orginal code just incase it goes wrong

A big thanks to Max for helping me sort out the auto lock. Took a couple of minutes to do with VAG-COM.

Hope you enjoy the bottle of wine...

Cheers!
