Q7 Anyone with elsawin that can help with footbrake

Hi all, I'm after some instructions on how to adjust my footbrake ahead of my MoT this week. It's a q7 2007

If anyone can help I can give more specifics

Looks self adjusting to me.

Foot pedal is almost flat to the floor defo needs adjustment. Is there anything in the maintenance section of elsawin?

Sounds more like a pedal problem then with it not releasing fully.
