Anyone with a door card or interior "door handle/door arm rest" for sale

Im after the interior arm rest/handle type thing on the door card for the drivers side, as ive spilt glue on it and its reacted with the plastic!

So does anyone have a reasonably priced door card (in black) or preferably, just the handle/arm rest piece where the electric window/door mirror adjusters are for a reasonable price?
