Anyone know what this is?

I've just washed my car inside and out and I found the following little brass clip under my passenger seat. Not sure what its fallen off of!

Anyone got any ideas?

How thick & solid is it, does it easily bend?

Its about 1.5mm thick and about 3 inches long. I have a feeling its off the bottom of the seat somewhere!

i think it is one of the seat springs. Helps to keep your bottom nice and firm.


If you have a look there should be a few of them running under the seat, also helping to keep the foam in place (as i said - i think)

Ah yeah thats right, they lay flat dont they, I knew I had seen it somewhere before, I was thinking wrong way up, but shouldnt of snapped of, seat out job mate which only takes few minutes tbh.
